Heartbreak. It's a hell of a dark pit.
When you lose someone you thought loved you to the stars it hurts like hell. Sometimes you aren't even given a reason as to why they want to leave , but they do anyway.
To anyone out there dealing with a broken heart , I'm dealing with one too and have been for a while.
You need to understand that a break-up is not the end of your world even though it might seem like that at the moment. Please don't keep everything to yourself in this time because you're bound to be feeling a lot of emotions like sadness/anger/hate and more. TALK to the people who care about you , your family , friends , even a trusted counsellor.
Remember that the person who has left you , does not affect what you are worth. You are your own person and you will be okay In time.
DISTRACTIONS! you have to distract yourself from any negative thoughts or hurtful memories. If you're a creative , write a story , make some art. If you're an active , go for a run , get outside in the elements. And regardless of who you are , surround yourself with people who understand your situation and want to see you happy.
Above All , now tune in here ! Learn to love yourself , whether it takes a month or a year or 3 ! You need to be comfortable with yourself and I know from experience that it isn't as easy as it seems but it is possible 💙
So stay strong all my broken hearted people because you will heal <3
